Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are limited to maintain fairness for our team and resources committed to your project. We do not offer refunds for services after project delivery within the agreed deadline, as these represent completed work.

Before Project Initialization

You may request cancellation and receive an 80% refund of the paid amount. The remaining 20% covers administrative costs, initial consultations, and preparation (e.g., scoping, resource allocation).

After Project Initialization

No refunds are available, as work has commenced based on your specifications. Once resources are allocated and development begins, we cannot reallocate them to other projects.

No refunds or returns, as the service is fully provided. Once the project is delivered and you have approved the deliverables, the engagement is considered complete.

Important Notice

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact Us form within 7 days of your decision. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
